Registration
For the conference registration, you need a nc-afm 2011 webpage account. In your profile, you are then lead to the final registration for the conference by choosing the options (regular/student). The registration fees are:
500 Euro for regular participants (550 Euro after 30.7.2011)
400 Euro for students (450 Euro after 30.7.2011)
Conference fees include access to the conference, the symposium, the conference dinner and excursion, as well as the daily lunch.
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email as well as an invoice via email from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) within the next 5 business days. The payment is done by transferring the fee to the conference bank account which is specified in the invoice. For any questions or related problems please contact us.
For accommodation several nearby hotels are reserved only until 31.7.2011 offering special prizes for conference attendees. It is highly recommended to book as early as possible by using the booking form.
Your registration will be valid after we receive the appropriate payment which we will confirm by email. Additionally, you can check your registration and payment status on your profile page.
